Our client offers a position as a site manager on an exciting project in central Stockholm. Your new employer? Our client has an ongoing project in Stockholm city where you as a site manager will benefit from being communicative, structured, and having either experience in or great potential for leadership.  

In the role of site manager with our client, you will be the key person in planning the daily work. Of course, you will not always have detailed knowledge of the time required for all work tasks, but you will listen to the various work groups on the site. You will then utilize your communication skills to lead and communicate with all groups on site to set a plan and, with structure and problem-solving ability, steer the work in the right direction according to the plan you set, of course with the support of the site manager and project manager.  

• Has a post-secondary education in construction and civil engineering.
• Perhaps you have a year of experience as a site manager or similar, or maybe you are more junior but show great potential and clarity in your ambitions.  
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.

It is also important that you as a person are flexible: on a construction site, a lot (and let’s be honest: a lot) can go wrong and not go according to plan. Your ability to take initiative in identifying and acting on what goes wrong will naturally be an important part of your success in this role, of course with the support and guidance of your managers. 

The company is a player in the construction and contracting industry that has grown organically over the past five years and now has about 20 employees. They manage commercial property and housing projects and establish complete project organizations.
